I planned this page as a generalisation to Getting Pkunk ships (after which that page could be made to redirect into the new page), but now I wonder if it is too redundant. Should this information be added into List of Ships instead? How would that work out?

The Chmmr Avatar ships can only be built in Starbase once you ally the Chmmr, provided you have set up the Starbase for servicing your ship.

Ilwrath Avenger

The Ilwrath Avenger ships are never available to the player in the single-player campaign, as the Ilwrath remain an enemy as long as they exist.

Supox Blade

Supox Blade ships can be built in Starbase once you ally the Utwig (and Supox), provided you have set up the Starbase for servicing your ship.

In addition, if the day you ally the Utwig is 24 February 2159 or later, you can receive 4 Blades for free when you ask in the Supox homeworld.

Chenjesu Broodhome

The Chenjesu Broodhome never occurs in the single-player campaign.

Earthling Cruiser

The game begins with one Earthling Cruiser automatically as an escort to the flagship.

In addition, they can always be built in the Starbase, provided you have set up the Starbase for servicing your ship.

Ur-Quan Dreadnought

The Ur-Quan Dreadnought ships are never available to the player in the single-player campaign, as the Ur-Quan remain an enemy as long as they exist.

Umgah Drone

The player can acquire four Umgah |Drones from the Umgah homeworld after collecting the Talking Pet, provided that the Umgah still exist. A combat against an infinite fleet will inevitably ensue, so the player must be prepared to escape a battle.

Spathi Eluder

Spathi Eluder ships can be built in Starbase once you ally the Spathi, provided you have set up the Starbase for servicing your ship. They will disappear from the inventory of buildable ships after 6 months since you ally them.

In addition, a single Eluder with single crew member (Fwiffo) can be acquired once from the Pluto, provided that the player has a planet lander and at least nine crew members in their flagship.

Androsynth Guardian

The Androsynth Guardian never occurs in the single-player campaign.

VUX Intruder

The VUX Intruder ships are never available to the player in the single-player campaign, as the VUX remain an enemy as long as they exist.

Utwig Jugger

Utwig Jugger ships can be built in Starbase once you ally the Utwig (and Supox), provided you have set up the Starbase for servicing your ship.

In addition, if the day you ally the Utwig is 24 February 2159 or later, you can receive 4 Juggers for free when you ask in the Utwig homeworld.

Kohr-Ah Marauder

The Kohr-Ah Marauder ships are never available to the player in the single-player campaign, as the Kohr-Ah remain an enemy as long as they exist.

Druuge Mauler

Druuge Mauler starships can only be acquired through the Druuge trade world:

• One Mauler for 100 Crew (repeatable as many times as you dare)
• One Mauler for the Deep Child Egg Case Fragments (twice)
• Three Maulers for the Portal Spawner
• Six Maulers for the Shofixti Maidens

Orz Nemesis

Orz Nemesis ships can be built in Starbase once you ally the Orz, provided you have set up the Starbase for servicing your ship. However, if you pester the Orz about the Androsynth, they will not only remove your ability to build new Nemesis ships, but all of your escorting Nemesis ships will also vanish.

Syreen Penetrator

Syreen Penetrator ships can be built in Starbase once you ally the Syreen, provided you have set up the Starbase for servicing your ship.

Mycon Podship

The Mycon Podships are never available to the player in the single-player campaign, as the Mycon remain an enemy as long as they exist.

Slylandro Probe

The Slylandro Probes are never available to the player in the single-player campaign, as the probes remain an enemy as long as they exist.

Shofixti Scout

Shofixti Scout ships can be built in Starbase once you ally Tanaka and provide him the Shofixti Maidens, provided you have set up the Starbase for servicing your ship.

Arilou Skiff

The Arilou will send three Skiff ships to the Starbase as a gift for the captain after he acquires the Portal Spawner. The ships can be picked from the Starbase as soon as the Starbase is set for servicing your ship.

Zoq-Fot-Pik Stinger

The Zoq-Fot-Pik Stinger ships can be built in Starbase once you ally the Zoq-Fot-Pik, provided you have set up the Starbase for servicing your ship. Additionally, four Stingers are given as a gift when the player rescues the Zoq-Fot-Pik from the Kohr-Ah attack four months after he first meets them.

Yehat Terminator

Four Yehat Terminator ships can be acquired as a gift from the Yehat Rebels once in a while.

Thraddash Torch

The Thraddash Torch ships can be built in Starbase once you ally the Thraddash, provided you have set up the Starbase for servicing your ship.

Melnorme Trader

The Melnorme Trader ships are never available to the player in the single-player campaign, as the Melnorme remain impartial as long as they exist.

Mmrnmhrm X-Form

The Mmrnmhrm X-Form never occurs in the single-player campaign.
