Hi Jacius. Back when I first played the game in 1994, I made a dictionary in my attempt to figure out what the Orz were talking about. I discussed this on the UQM Discussion forum here. This topic is a fairly good source of what people thought about the Orz and their language. I hope this helps in your compilation.
