The Captain and his grandchildren observe the hulking Mark II.

The Mark II is a Precursor vessel, discovered by The Captain after the events in Star Control II. It is mentioned in the ending sequence of the game.

It is a cruiser, unlike the Captain's flagship, which was a tug.
