"The current Slylandro speakers are Content to Hover, Joyous Lifting and Sullen Plummet"
I thought that Content to Hover was the only Slylandro speaker we encounter. As far as I know, we never hear the other ones talk (although Content to Hover does communicate with them somehow). -Fadookie 08:03, 28 Oct 2004 (CEST)

I could be mistaken but didn't Content to Hover claim to be a nymph when the Sentient Milieu was around, and not when the Precursors visited. That would decrease his age by an order of magnitude then. Fyzixfighter 10:33, 7 Jan 2005 (CET)

Just checked the dialogue files for CtH's age. Modifying accordingly. Fyzixfighter 19:04, 7 Jan 2005 (CET)

Time Units[edit]

About the time units: I take it these come from the "Star Control Fact" I posted on the UQM board. The problem with this is that this is information that is never revealed in the game, and the time data for the planet may not be intended as turned out to be. — SvdB 23:52, 3 Nov 2005 (CET)

Blast, that totally slipped my mind when I was putting it together. What is the rule for putting in imformation like this that appears in the code but never appears in game? I know there was a bit of an ado about the SIS term. If it does come down to it, we could just remove that new page I created and move the Drahn and Dranhasa definitions (without the conversions) back to this page - darn. --Fyzixfighter 06:53, 4 Nov 2005 (CET)
If it's a concious decision by TFB, then I except it as canon. However, in this case, there's no special code. The properties are randomly generated based on the location of the star. It's still possible that they tinkered with the location until they got good enough numbers, or that they made the story match the numbers, instead of the other way around, but it's still nothing that should be assumed. — SvdB 14:30, 4 Nov 2005 (CET)
