Starting The Ur-Quan Masters
This walkthrough details the steps you need to take in order to complete The Ur-Quan Masters.

Upon first starting the game, you will be at the "south" edge of the planetary system known as Sol (175.2 : 145.0), or simply "the" solar system, and consists of our nine neighboring planets and their moons.
*The first thing you will want to do is head to Earth, the third planet from the sun. When you arrive, a drone will fly out and converse with you. The alien you meet on screen are the Ur-Quan Kzer-Za and are your enemies. However, this is only a recording and the drone will let you go this time, but any future encounters with them, or a related race known as the Ur-Quan Kohr-Ah, will likely result in an attack on your starship: a Precursor vehicle, known as the Vindicator by default.
*When you finish conversing with the Ur-Quan Kzer-Za drone, make your way to the Starbase and talk to Commander Hayes. He will explain what happened to Earth and what he needs in order to get the Starbase back online.
*When you finish talking to Commander Hayes, and you know what minerals you have to get to repair the base, make your way to Mercury.

*After getting some radioactive material, head back to the Starbase and give them to Commander Hayes. When he fixes the Starbase, introduce yourself. When he tells you about the alien base on the moon, go visit it and don't worry about the robots moving on the moons surface. They are harmless. When you finish reading the report, go back to the Starbase.
*When you get back, and converse with Commander Hayes, an Ilwrath Avenger arrives and jams the transmission. This is where you will get your first fighting practice. When you finish fighting, the transmission from the Starbase will resume. When you choose the name of the new empire you are going to rule over, the Starbase will be remade so it can service your Precursor vehicle.

*At first, you won’t have many RU to spend on ship upgrades, fuel, or new cruisers but as you gather more minerals and offload them at the Starbase your RU will increase allowing you to buy new things. When you have your ship configured the way you want, head towards Pluto. Scan for Energy, land near the source, and touch it. Most of your landing crew will be killed and your landing shuttle will return to your ship if it is not destroyed, but you will be able to meet Fwiffo, a member of the cowardly Spathi race willing to join your alliance later on.
* Talk to him about everything but make sure you don't choose the options to attack him. Make sure you also jot down the co-ordinates of his home world, Spathiwa where you will travel to soon. Eventually he agrees to come aboard your fleet and you will then have just acquired yourself a Spathi Eluder. Make sure to supply it with crew, otherwise it will explode with the first hit it takes!

For your first exporations you can pick one of the regions belonging to the two races below. Either go 'north' of Earth to the Spathi or go "south" or "south-west" of Earth, in the region of the Pkunk. You can avoid being attacked by both races, if you talk to them in the right way. Yet, you have to watch out for probes. Equipping your vessel with the maximum amount of thrusters as soon as possible will enable you to evade most fights (especially in hyperspace) while your ship is still badly equipped for combat. You will also save on flight time in hyperspace.

Gaining Allies
Some alien races are very friendly. So friendly in fact, that they give you a couple of their ships or even the ship designs. This proves handy for defending yourself. Some even have devices with them, or on one of their planets that you need to complete the game. The quicker you make allies, the safer you'll be. Below are the alien races that can become your allies.

The Spathi
The Spathi are one of the first race you can encounter, and are one of the few races that will agree to join Earth on the quest to destroy the Ur-Quan Kzer-Za and Ur-Quan Kohr-Ah so it’s best you become their allies as soon as you can.
*Because the Spathi are cowards, you will find them hiding on their home planet's moon, also known as Epsilon Gruis Ia, because their home planet Spathiwa is overrun by 'Evil Ones'.
Make your way to that moon. If you are met by Spathi ships before reaching it, converse with them and try to talk your way out of a fight - telling them you will just leave in peace might just work.
*When you enter the moon, go to the Spathi High Council by conversing with them, and give them the secret cipher 'Huffi-Muffi-Guffi' that Fwiffo gave you on the planet of Pluto. Talk to them and get them to agree to an alliance if you rid their home world of the 'Evil Ones'.
*Make your way down to their home planet and land on the surface using your landing shuttle. Get rid of all of the 'Evil Ones'. You can also collect the minerals if you want, but it is not compulsory. Once all bio life forms are removed, go back to the moon and tell them that you have completed their task. They will then ask you to come back later.
*Go straight back to the moon, and ask about an alliance. Keep demanding and even threaten to bring the 'Evil Ones' out of suspended animation. Eventually they agree to an alliance and you can make your way back home.
*Later on in the game, the Spathi territory region disappears from your Starmap because they (the Spathi) slave shield their planet to protect themselves from enemies. When this happens, go back to Epsilon Gruis Ia, scan for energy and go to the source. Here you will acquire the Umgah HyperWave Broadcaster which the Spathi give to you as a gift. This device will be used later on in the game, plus it can be used in Hyperspace to call the Melnorme trader.

The Pkunk
The Pkunk are a friendly race who are willing to assist your cause without persuasion. Their ships, The Fury, have regenerating capabilities and speed that make fighting enemies a lot easier. They also possess the Clear Spindle, a device needed later on in the game.
*Make sure you have 4 empty spaces in your fleet. When the Pkunk become your allies they will donate 4 ships to you and you must have room to receive them.

*Travel to Gamma Krueger I (052.2 : 052.5) and converse with them. The Pkunk are a friendly race, and so as long as you do not to attack them or insult them, they are willing to help you almost immediately. You will also get the 4 ships as described above and the Clear Spindle.

The Orz
The Orz willingly join your alliance if you talk to them nicely.
Their homeworld is located at Gamma Vulpeculae I (371.3 : 253.7).

Don't bug them about the Androsynth too much.

The Shofixti
The Shofixti are very useful allies. Once they join your alliance, the crew cost goes down by 2 credits each, and will no longer be affected by how many crew you recruit. Bringing back the Shofixti will also allow you to cause a revolt among the Yehat.

The Shofixti were nearly wiped when they detonated of the outer layers of their sun to attack the Ur-Quan, so recruiting them involves bringing them back from the edge of extinction. You will need to reunite the last remaining Shofixti warrior with the last remaining Shofixti Maidens.
*The VUX Admiral ZEX possesses the last remaining Shofixti maidens in a stasis pod. Admiral ZEX can be found at Alpha Cerenkov I (422.1 : 198.6). Admiral ZEX offers to trade the Shofixti maidens in exchange for the legendary monster known as "ZEX's Beauty".
*ZEX's Beauty can be found at Delta Lyncis I (570.4 : 979.5). It is a very dangerous creature, so be careful. It's highly recommended that you purchase the Lander Speed Upgrade from the Melnorme.
*After capturing ZEX's Beauty, return it to Admiral ZEX. He will leave the planet, allowing you to go down and collect the stasis pod containing the Shofixti maidens. You can also capture the other alien lifeforms for their biological data value to the Melnorme.
*Once the Shofixti maidens have been retrieved, go to the former location of the Shofixti homeworld, Delta Gorno (290.8 : 026.9). Orbiting one of the planets will be Tanaka, the last Shofixti warrior. Tanaka will mistake you for an Ur-Quan and attack. Run away from the battle! Tanaka will chase you, continuing to attack. Converse with him every time. Eventually, Tanaka will realize you are not an Ur-Quan. Once that happens, you can offer him the Shofixti maidens.

The Yehat
*It takes two months for the Shofixti to repopulate, then you can build Scout vessels. Take one of these to Yehat space (Gamma Serpentis I (492.3 : 029.4)) and meet a Yehat captain. Show him the Shofixti to spark a civil war. The Rebel side will supply you with Terminator vessels.

The Zoq-Fot-Pik
Allying with the Zoq-Fot-Pik gives you access to their ship design, the Stinger. Even though their ships are not as strong as some other ships you can get, they are better to have as allies than enemies.
* You first meet the Zoq-Fot-Pik at Rigel (210.4 : 208.3). The lone Zoq-Fot-Pik scout tells you where the Zoq-Fot-Pik homeworld is.
* To recruit the Zoq-Fot-Pik, go to their homeworld at Alpha Tucanae I (400.0 : 543.7). The Zoq-Fot-Pik willingly join your alliance.

The Arilou
The Arilou will not join the alliance directly, but they will supply you with the rather useful QuasiSpace portal opener.

*Go to the HyperSpace area north of Gamma Circini on the 17th of a month. A star will appear out of nothing at coordinates 043.8 : 637.2. Move to that star, it takes you to QuasiSpace.
*Open the starmap, navigate to the big star on the top right. This is the Arilou homeworld.
*Talk to them about everything, give them the Warp Pod found in the Ur-Quan dreadnought wreckage on Alpha Pavonis VII (056.2 : 800.0)

*When you return to Earth and talk to the Starbase Commander, he will tell you of the Arilou's arrival and give you three Skiff vessels.

The Supox
The Supox will join the alliance once the Ultron is repaired.

The Utwig
The Utwig will join the alliance once the Ultron is repaired.

The Chmmr
Once released from the Slave Shield, the Chmmr will give you massive amounts of help.
*First, complete the Ilwrath Removal quest.
*Take the Sun Device to Procyon (074.2 : 226.8) and orbit the slave-shielded world (planet II). Use the Device.

The Chmmr will awaken and grant you the Avatar ship, as well as a list of things you will require.

*Go to the Supox homeworld, Beta Librae, after the Supox and Utwig attack the Kohr-Ah and speak with them to gain the location of the Sa-Matra, Delta Crateris (620.0 : 593.5).
*Go to the Chmmr with the Talking Pet, the Utwig Bomb, and the location of the Sa-Matra.

The Chmmr will take two weeks to rig the Utwig Bomb to the Flagship. The Bomb will take up more than half the Flagship's module locations and all of the lander locations. The Chmmr will also provide you with unlimited resources (RU becomes infinite, allowing you to build as many ships as you want!)

Collecting Devices
These items are needed later on in the game. You must complete the quests in the order they are shown.

* Correction: The Mycon Sun Device should be obtained before the Rosy Sphere so you can exchange the Deep Child fragments for it (after getting The Mycon Sun, the fragments becomes useless beside for this exchange)

Clear Spindle
The Clear Spindle is one of three devices used to repair the Broken Ultron for the Utwig.
*Refer to the Pkunk ally quest.
Rosy Sphere
The Rosy Sphere is the second device needed to repair the Broken Ultron for the Utwig.
*Purchased from the Druuge at the Zeta Persei (946.9 : 280.6) star system. Cost: 100 crew or Mycon Deep Child fragments (The fragments will be rendered useless ONLY after you get the Mycon Sun Device so you should get the Mycon Sun Device first) or the Burvix Caster or the Portal-Spawner.
(Note: if you purchase the Rosy Sphere and never sell crew to the Druuge again,
you will not suffer an RU increase for slave-trading)

Aqua Helix
The Aqua Helix is the third and final device needed to repair the Broken Ultron for the Utwig.
*Tell the Thraddash (Delta Draconis I (253.5 : 835.8)) to attack the Ur-Quan's enemies, then go to Zeta Draconis (277.6 : 867.3) while the fleet is gone.

*If you fail to obtain the Helix before the Thraddash return, take the Umgah Caster to the Ilwrath and command them to attack the Thraddash. The Thraddash will be too busy fighting the Ilwrath to stop you from taking the Helix.

*Alternatively, if you manage to destroy 25 Thraddash ships (ships destroyed at their worlds don't count), they will admire and respect you and form a new culture to fit your example. After doing this, you may travel to Zeta Draconis and retrieve the artifact unharmed.

Broken Ultron
Finally, the last piece. The Broken Ultron itself.
*Make contact with the Supox (e.g. at Beta Librae I (741.4 : 912.4)). If you are friendly, the Supox will give you the broken Ultron.

A Powerful Bomb
*Repair the Ultron, then bring it to the Utwig. The Utwig and Supox will attack the Kohr-Ah, and also tell you the location of the Utwig Bomb (Zeta Hyades VIb (850.0 : 937.2)), suggesting that you get it.
*The Druuge will be at the planet when you arrive, and you will have to fight with them.

Taalo Shield
The Taalo Shield is a device that stops the Dnyarri from being able to control you mind. Since you will get a Dnyarri soon, this device is important.
*Go to Delta Vulpeculae 2c (372.1 : 261.9), in Orz space. The Shield is on 2c, a moon in this system. It is guarded by Orz, but they will allow you through if you are friendly.

Talking Pet
This creature was discovered by the Arilou and restored by the Umgah, who also accidentally unlocked the mental powers that are totally suppressed in most Talking Pets.
*Bring the Taalo Shield to Beta Orionis (197.8 : 596.8). The Talking Pet will try to have you kill yourself, but the Taalo Shield will stop him. He then summons several Umgah to attack you. Fight off the Umgah Drones.
*Once the Drones are defeated, you can take the Talking Pet. The grateful Umgah will hail you as a hero, give you 500 biological data units as a reward... then immediately attack you, since heroes are boring. To make the attack interesting, they will graciously give you several Umgah Drones-take them and run!

Burvix Caster
Not required, but useful in several places.
If you have the Umgah Caster, you don't need this.
*Go to Arcturus (964.5 : 579.1). The Caster is on a moon orbiting the first planet.

Ilwrath Removal
*First, acquire one of the hypercasters:
** the Burvixese Hyperwave Broadcaster or
** the Umgah Caster from the Spathi ally quest.

*Go to the Ilwrath home system Alpha Tauri (022.9 : 366.6) and use the Umgah Caster. They will believe you to be the twin gods Dogar and Kazon, allowing you to command them to stop attacking the Pkunk.
The Ilwrath will attack the Thraddash, and the battle will annihilate both the Ilwrath AND the Thraddash Fleets.

Mycon Sun Device
Required to complete the Chmmr Process and bring them out of the slave shield.
*Go to Betelgeuse (412.5 : 377.0) and make contact with the Syreen.
*Go to a Shattered World and locate Egg Fragments.
*Go to the Mycon Homeworld at Epsilon Scorpii (629.1 : 220.8) and ask about the Egg Fragments.
*Go to the Syreen Station at Betelgeuse. Speak with Talana and show her the fragments (you must have spoken with a Mycon about the fragments beforehand)
*Take the Syreen Shuttle Talana gives you to Epsilon Camelopalardis 1a (593.7 : 393.7, deep in Ur-Quan space) and land on 1a. Find the Vault on the moon and have the engineers on the Shuttle open it up.
*Go to Talana. She will set a trap for the Mycon.
*Go to the Mycon Homeworld and tell them about Organon, suggesting that they implant it with a Deep Child.
*While the Mycon fleet is headed for Organon, you can steal the Sun Device from a planet on Beta Brahe (639.5 : 231.2).
(Note:If using The Ur-Quan Masters, then you do not need to go to the Mycon homeworld and, in fact, this option never shows up.

Final Quest
Equip your ship, fly to the location of the Sa-Matra, Delta Crateris (620.0 : 593.5), use your Talking Pet to confuse the large Ur-Quan fleet, fight against the last ships guarding the Sa-Matra, then fight the Sa-Matra itself to get its shield down. Finally enter the Sa-Matra with your flagship, activate the bomb and get away with the escape-pod. Now watch the ending movie :-)

Optional Quests
These tasks are optional. While helpful, they do not need to be completed in order to finish the game.

Slylandro Probes
Go to the Slylandro homeworld Beta Corvi IV at 033.3 : 981.2 and ask about the probes programming until you prove the probes are destroying ships. The Slylandro will give you a code to destroy any probe you meet. If you destroy the probes with the code you still get the RU.

The next time you return to Beta Corvi IV (even if it is immediately after you leave with the code), the Slylandro will inform you that they have succeeded in reprogramming a probe to seek out other probes and order them to self-destruct. From this point on, the number of probes will go down until you will no longer encounter them in the game.

The Melnorme Traders
Melnorme Traders appear at every super-giant star system in the game. Also, if your ship runs out of fuel and is dead in the water, a Trader will appear and offer to help. Finally, if you use either the Umgah or Burvix Caster, a Trader vessel is all but guaranteed to come looking for you.
When I was young, and we played this game at my friend's, I always called the Thraddash the "Garbage men of space", because they resembled the local garbage men so much ;).
Can you create a new culture after stealing the Helix?
I didn't count, but I'm pretty sure I must have destroyed at least 25 Thraddash ships so far. I've already stolen the Helix, and they're pretty mad at me. I'm guessing that this means that I can't get them to establish a new culture now? --71.158.213.192 15:46, 29 August 2007 (CEST)
71.158.213.192https://wiki.uqm.stack.nl/index.php?title=Druuge&diff=18636Druuge2007-08-28T23:47:56Z
71.158.213.192: /* Humans */

The Druuge, who reside around the Persei constellation, are greedy, piggish, horned humanoids with a characteristic ooze constantly emanating from the mouth, nose and ears. Their whole culture is an image of extreme capitalism, and all Druuge are the employees of a syndicate they call the Crimson Corporation. The bosses of this gargantuan corporate empire are no less than the overlords of their whole civilization.

History
Early Druuge history bears a close resemblance to early Human history. Still, as in the case of Syreen civilization, minor differences in early social structures have produced a vastly different culture. Similar to Humans, Druuge evolved from primitive hunter-gathers. However, these primitive Druuge remained solitary and never organized themselves into mutually beneficial tribes, thus fostering a greater emphasis on the individual and a greater concern for personal well-being not completely unlike the Ur-Quan.

Despite their strong, innate individual tendencies, the Druuge created a working civilization. This early society included some form of government, including laws regarding the economy and the interactions of commercial entities. Sometime after their transition to the status of a space-faring race, the Druuge significantly changed their trade laws so that they no longer discouraged the formation of monopolies. Due to this legal relaxation, a single business, the Crimson Corporation, was able to rise to prominence inevitably becoming the only existing Druuge business and the legal owner of everything Druuge. Not only a business, it also operates as the government of the entire Druuge race. All known interactions with the Druuge by other races have been while the Crimson Corporation has been in power.

In recent years, the Druuge have had encounters with a few other races, initially with the Burvixese and most notably with the Utwig. Years before the events surrounding the Second War, the Druuge learned through their neighbors, the Burvixese, about the Utwig and the Precursor Bomb they possessed. The Druuge initiated contact with the Utwig and offered them the Ultron with the intention of obtaining the powerful bomb, but instead received "a hodge-podge of ancient and useless artifacts." The Utwig maintain that this exchange will fundamentally change the Druuge as a race, culminating on a specific day in a momentous event of jubilation. The Druuge also had a long history of interactions with the Burvixese, ultimately having a direct hand in their destruction; They placed a powerful HyperWave 'Caster on the Burvixese moon to purposely distract the Kohr-Ah away from the central Druuge trade world at Zeta Persei. During the Second War The Captain has several encounters (not all amicable) with the Druuge including one in which he prevents them from obtaining the Utwig Bomb the second time.

Society and culture
The effects of the evolution of early Druuge society are still dominant today. Lacking the "traditional" sense of community, every aspect of Druuge culture can be traced back to their higher level of individualization. A Druuge only finds it useful to cooperate with other beings so far as it benefits himself. Selfless concepts like honor and charity do not exist in their culture. Similar to their individual solitary nature, the Druuge as a race are also reluctant to venture outside of their sphere of influence.

Religion
As with most things in their culture, the Druuge approach their spirituality with a capitalistic attitude. Not satisfied with a tenuous relationship that most other races share with their respective deities, the Druuge have explicitly established a strong relationship by entering into a contract with their god. The contract reads as follows:
:Whereas the Druuge (hereinafter known as `the Worshippers') wish to establish a long-term relationship with an omnipotent and all-knowing deific entity (hereinafter known as `God' or `god') which shall mutually benefit both parties, the parties agree to abide by the following terms and commitments for the rest of eternity.
:The Worshippers hereby promise to perform faithfully and to the best of their ability the following:
:# Worshippers shall make regular and sincere obeisance to God, including but not limited to prayer, sacrifice, and the building of large structures.
:# Worshippers shall make every attempt to convert non-believers (hereinafter known as `Them') making sure to obtain signed documents from same attesting to said conversion.
:# Worshippers shall not enter into an agreement with another deity, without written permission from God.
:In consideration of the above correctly performed obeisance, God shall provide:
:# Continued existance with little or no modification to the perceived reality of the Worshippers.
:# No fewer than 3 miracles (Force Majeure), whose exact nature and timing shall be left to God's sole discretion.
:# Worshippers shall enjoy some form of life after death which shall remain a complete and total mystery to the Worshippers until such time as they die.
:We, the undersigned, hereby swear to fulfill our obligations as defined above.
::Signed, The Druuge.
::(God, being omni-present and all-knowing is considered to have signed this document, by default.)

Family
Druuge families are viewed as profit-making ventures. Druuge males and females desiring to engage in this kind of speculative investment meet at "Repro Mixers" to find mutually acceptable partners. Once an acceptable business partner is found, both parties proceed through the business arrangements — negotiating the terms of agreement, filling out the appropriate forms, and engaging in the necessary carnal interactions. Offspring from such a union are automatically part of the venture with terms that ensure the parents a 12-18% royalty on the offspring's income. It is therefore typical for a parent to allocate a significant amount funds for the education and training of any offspring to increase the rate of return on their investment.

Economy and government
Life in the Crimson Corporation is typical: there are good times, when benefit packages and bonuses improve and bad times, when the corporation has to lay off some employees. Only, if you're out of job, you're out of luck. Because everything on Druuge worlds is corporation property, every ex-employee is instantly trespassing and guilty of stealing corporation property, like air and sunlight. The only suitable punishment in Druuge laws for that is to feed the Furnace.

By their own words they are merchants, but a word like "slave-trader" would suit them more. These silver-tongued devils always try to get alien captains to exchange their crew for fuel, "priceless Alien-artifacts" and Mauler starships. In these trades the Druuge always cheat and lie to their heart's content, anything to maximize their profit, but they might get hostile very fast if they feel they have been taken advantage of in a deal.

Druuge starship bridges are a disturbing sight to behold as even the captains are in slave cloths and bound to chains. The crew (especially the unfortunate exchanged alien crew) are used as a living cannon fodder in battle when the ship needs more energy. They are ruthlessly thrown into the furnace for a bit of extra man-power.

The Druuge have a law stating that any unarmed ship without escort (no attack ships), is susceptible to salvage. This means that if the Druuge encounter an unarmed and unescorted ship (e.g. yours), they will attack immediately.

Relations with other races
Burvixese
The Druuge had a long-term trade relationship with the Burvixese initially, the profitability of which was assumably poor, due to the Druuge's later scheme involving them. The Burvixese were quite friendly with the Druuge, and not only facilitated communications and trading between the Druuge and Utwig, but warned the Druuge of the approaching Kohr-Ah after they had in turn been warned by the Gg.

Unfortunatley, the friendship was not mutual and the Druuge, looking to save their own hides, constructed a Hyperwave Caster on the surface of the Burvixese moon in a successful attempt to deflect the Kohr-Ah away from themselves and onto the Burvixese instead. The Burvixese were rendered extinct by the Kohr-Ah in 2142 as a direct result of this act.

Humans
When The Captain first encounters the Druuge in space, they immediatley extend a friendly offer to visit their Central Trade World of Zeta Persei I, to form a profitable trading relationship. Upon visiting, The Captain is horrified to find out that the Druuge economy amounts to little more than slave trading (though the Druuge vociferously deny such accusations). The Captain manages to obtain the Rosy Sphere through trade (either selling his crew away as slaves, or finding an item the Druuge desire to have instead), and eventually uses it to repair the Utwig's Ultron.

However, when The Captain attempts to retrieve the Utwig's reward of the Precursor Bomb from Zeta Hyades VIb, the Druuge have already blockaded the planet in an attempt to retrieve it for themselves. In the following altercation, the Druuge enter The Captain's "true name" into their Ledger of Hatred, and from then on all Druuge are hostile towards The Captain. It is not known if this attitude is extended to all humans, or exactly how large this Ledger is. If the Druuge tend to dislike other races to the same extent that other races dislike them, the Ledger would presumably be very large.

Melnorme
The Druuge seem to hate the Melnorme with a passion, as they inform The Captain (and presumably, any other travellers) of the Melnorme's existance and attempt to paint them in a quite unfavourable light, decrying their information trade as "charging fees for common knowledge", and mocking their fuel prices. They even go as far as to encourage The Captain to destroy Melnorme vessels, as the resources that can be gained from plundering a wrecked Trader vessel are spectacular; it should be noted that this is false, a single Melnorme wreck is worth only 450 Resource Units.

The Melnorme feel the same way about the Druuge, and for the usual fee will warn The Captain against interacting with the Druuge, claiming they levy hidden costs and secret tariffs on their wares. However, the Melnorme are more civil in their exposition and do not encourage violence against the Druuge.

Utwig
The Druuge had a brief encounter with the Utwig race, after learning from the Burvixese that the Utwig had discovered a Precursor bomb on their recent explorations. The Druuge attempted to sell the Ultron to the Utwig in return for the bomb, believing the Ultron to be useless junk. However, the trade turned sour when the Ultron seemingly empowered the Utwig with clairovoyance, and the Druuge had to leave with a hodge-podge of useless artifacts, lest they spoil the ruse.

While the Utwig to this day see the Druuge as benevolent, this is far from mutual as the Druuge see the Utwig as little more than prancing, whining and naive fools apt only for taking advantage of.
