<p><b>New page</b></p><div>"Doctrinal War" is the term used in various quasi-official timelines and such created after the game, but in the game I rememeber it being almost always referred to as the Doctrinal Conflict, especially among the Ur-Quan themselves. I don't think "Doctrinal War" should be the preferred term.<br />

This does make a difference, since "conflicts" are a term we usually hear when a group wants to avoid giving something the legitimacy of a "war" for some reason -- in this case war is what Ur-Quan fight against non-Ur-Quan, and a conflict is what they have among each other.</div>4.11.199.218
