			I think it's important to note that the term is also used to signify something else than the Ur-Quan device. It wouldn't be a complete encyclopedia without it. If we know this little about the word, then there's no real need for a whole damn entry, is there? Especially since the only way I can imagine someone getting here is from the main Excruciator article.
