Hey Gaeamil, I just noticed that you had tried to use a {{mergeto}} type template. The closest thing we have here is the Template:Notice, which is the all purpose template for that and other notices. You might also, if you haven't already, want to take a look at the discussion on Talk:Secret Correspondence and throw in your own two cents.
