Zeep-Zeep was a Yehat, the Secretary of Space of the Alliance of Free Stars, who was one of the signers of an agreement to include the Humans into the Alliance. The other Alliance signer was the Chenjesu Bzrrak Ktazzz, the Commander-In-Chief of the Alliance effort.
