Model file name format
model-$Type-$Descr-$Author-$Ver.zip model-$Type-$Descr-$Author-$Ver.png
- Type is either "ship" or "actor" for now
- Descr is model description consisting of [A-Za-z0-9_]. For example "pkunk_fury" for a ship, or "pkunk" for an actor.
- Author is model authors name/id consisting of [A-Za-z0-9_].
- Ver is the model version number (N.N format)
- No spaces anywhere in the file name
- Words within $Descr and $Author are underscore-separated
- Name items ($Type, $Descr, $Author, $ver) are dash-separated
Examples:
- Pkunk Fury ship model by unknown, version 1.0:
model-ship-pkunk_fury-unknown-1.0
- Pkunk captain model by unknown, version 1.3:
model-actor-pkunk-unknown-1.3.zip
Model archive contents
Model archive should contain the following items:
- Model geometry file
- Model material(s)
- COPYING file containing the license
- README file containing any additional model information
