Gamma Cancri is an orange dwarf star at (500.6 : 501.1) in the Cancri constellation. This star system is significant for being the closest to the exact centre of the starmap. It is well within the Kzer-Za and Kohr-Ah Spheres of Influence, so it is typically patrolled by their warships.
