Tobermoon

The Tobermoon was an Earthling Cruiser under the command of I. Burton. It was part of the research project in the Vela system. The Tobermoon attempted to return to Earth with news that the Precursor installation was not destroyed, but the ship was disabled in combat with an unknown enemy in the Oort Cloud surrounding Vela.

Before The Flagship pushed into HyperSpace to return to Earth in 2155, its crew discovered the Tobermoon abandoned but functional. Captain Burton recrewed and commanded the ship herself, but she was killed in an attack by a Slylandro Probe. The ship itself survived and escorted The Flagship on its trip to Earth.

It was the only Alliance ship known to have survived the Slave War.
