Model file name format
model-$Type-$Descr-$Author-$Tstamp.zip model-$Type-$Descr-$Author-$Tstamp.png
- Type is either "ship" or "actor" for now
- Descr is model description consisting of [A-Za-z0-9_]. For example "pkunk_fury" for a ship, or "pkunk" for an actor.
- Author is model authors name/id consisting of [A-Za-z0-9_].
- Tstamp is the time stamp of submission of the version of the model (format yyyyMMdd_HHmm).
- No spaces anywhere in the file name, to keep it *nix friendly
- Words within $Descr and $Author are underscore-separated
- Name items ($Type, $Descr, $Author, $Tsamp) are dash-separated

Model archive contents
Model archive should contain the following items:
- Model geometry file
- Model material(s)
- COPYING file containing the license
- README file containing any additional model information
