Broodhome

The Chenjesu Broodhome main weapon fires crystals that keep traveling until you lift the fire button, when they explode into many small fragments. An intact crystal can inflict grevious damage to its opponent.

Its special function launches DOGI drones that seek the Chenjesu's target, drain its energy reserves, and to collide with it throwing off its aim.

The ship itself is large and slow, often causing inexperienced captains to run afoul of a planet. The design of its weaponary favours aggressive attacks at long range, while ensuring its four frontal antennae is facing any launched DOGIs for maximum effectiveness.
