The Combat Dynamo module augments the combat batteries that The Flagship uses to power its weapons during battle. It works by increasing the rate at which energy is fed into the batteries, allowing them to reach full capacity more quickly. Installing more than three dynamos has no effect.
Shiva Furnaces can also increase the rate of fire of The Flagship. However, while Combat Dynamos increase the rate at which energy is restored, Shiva Furnaces increase the amount of energy restored at each recharge. A combination of both modules, therefore, should be installed to provide the best results. See Flagship Energy Management for details.
