Cruiser

The Earthling Cruiser is a slow vessel with a devastating arsenal of weapons. A Cruiser can hold its own against other ships as long as it maintains a safe distance from its opponent.

The Cruiser's primary weapon is a guided nuclear missile. The missile's tracking is not perfect, but it's fairly accurate and will do a good amount of damage unless the enemy can shield itself upon impact or shoot down the missile.

The Cruiser's alternate weapon is a point-defense laser system, based on mid-1980s "Star Wars" missile defense technology, that fires lasers at enemy ships, projectiles, asteroids, or anything else that is close to the Earthling ship.
