Fallow Slave

A fallow slave is a slave member of the Ur-Quan Hirearchy who, upon accession, chooses not to be a battle thrall and thus dooms themselves to spend eternity on a single world with no hope of escape, encased in an impenitrable slave shield. The Faz were the first to suffer this fate.
