Grah is a Thraddash starship captain, who pilots the Torch vessel named Hot Pulsing Thrusters. He was a part of Culture Twenty (or possibly the Fat Obstreperous Jerks, should The Captain have chosen that name for the Thraddash), and was good at following the idea that the Thraddash should introduce themselves to other vessels in the same way The Captain does (if The Captain chose to be merciful enough not to hilariously mislead the Thraddash with his teachings).
