Trademaster Greenish is the Commander of the Melnorme Trader Inevitably Successful in All Circumstances. He is the first Melnorme to make contact with Humanity and The Captain.
Greenish helps The Captain by selling him fuel, new Flagship modules and lander upgrades and valuable information that the Melnorme gather from a "thousand secret sources in space". For a price, of course...
Most information that is credited to the Melnorme race comes to the Alliance through Greenish.
