Hayes

Shortly after the Ur-Quan enslaved Earth under the red Slave Shield, they built a space station around it, to help maintain the Hierarchy Fleet based on Luna. Ten years after the enslavement, As part of normal crew transfer, Commander Hayes was put in charge of the station. Back in the war, Hayes has served on board several Alliance ships, including a Shofixti Scout and an Earthling Cruiser. He is one of the survivors of the terrible battle at Draco, where Ilwrath and Earthlings met. Hayes is not only a military man. He is an intellectual who knows some about most alien races, about histroy and about the art of war.
