Jud the Ineffable Vug is a fictional being devised by the Umgah with the sole intent of terrifying the Spathi using the former's HyperWave Caster. The Spathi claim not to have fallen for this prank, although this is doubtful, given their cowardly nature. Other similar Umgah pranks played with the help of the Caster include the Grand Master Planet Eaters and Killmaster 18.
