My personal theory is that Juffo-Wup is a Mycon word for life; the phrase about a single spore for example talks about Mycon's growing and spreading across the galaxy. As this happens the amount of Mycon life increases.

I think the second phrase refers to the Mycon equivalent of adrenalin. When humans get into a fight we are given adrenalin, it makes us faster, stronger and more aware. If similar things happen to a Mycon then you could say they get more "life-energy", you could say the same about humans it will be inaccurate but not entirely wrong. Since the Mycon are filled with "life-energy" that means the exact same thing as being filled with Juffo-Wup

Juffo-Wup is a concept which the Mycon often make mention of along with the Non and the Void. It´s true meaning, as most of the Mycon ramblings, will remain a mystery, though from the way they use the name, it probably means the spread of the Mycon race.

"A single spore lands, finds nourishment in decay, grows and attains maturity. It, in turn exhales a cloud of spores, which land, find nourishment in decay and grow. So progresses Juffo-Wup."

Though from its other uses, like the infamous "Juffo-Wup fills in my fibers and I grow turgid. Violent action ensues." it could be deciphered to mean some kind of omnipotent entity however,as the phrase´s religious nature can not be denied.
