Kohr-Ah, the Black Ur-Quan after whom his kin named themselves, was a charismatic fleet commander, and it was he who devised the Eternal Doctrine. He possibly died in the first Doctrinal Conflict, possibly he survived it, but as this battle took place over Twenty-Two Thousand years ago, he is now surely dead. His heritage lives on, as the Ur-Quan Kohr-Ah practice and revere the Eternal Doctrine.
