Kyabetsu

Kyabetsu is the former homeworld of the noble Shofixti. It was once a lush, earth-like planet with vast forests and tall mountains. Shofixti built cities and mud-fortresses on it's many continents, and lived in a feodal society, until the Yehat arrived and lifted them technologically and culturally to a level of starfaring species.

When the Kzer-Za arrived, the Shofixti who were about to be enslaved, made an ultimate sacrifice. They blew up their sun, and the waves of solarflare which, while destroying hundreds of hierachy vessels, also struck their homeworld with devasting effects. As a result, shofixti race is now near-extinct and Kyabetsu is a battered, airless planet, devoid of any life.
