The Ortog is one of the strange species native to Unzervalt. They are 2,000 pound creatures resembling a cross between a cow and a lizard, having six legs and pendulous udders. Their cell structure, internal organs, and flesh are very similar to that of Earth mammals. It is no surprise then that the beasts were identified by the databanks at the Precursor installation on Unzervalt as one of the possible animals that could be used for food. The Captain himself was raised on Ortog milk and Libixx meat as a youth on Unzervalt.
