Star Control was the military and diplomatic structure of the United Nations of Earth and surrounding environs.

I'm not easily irpmsesed. . . but that's impressing me! :)

-Star Control was founded not long before the [[Clone Revolt]] of 2085 started.
-When the [[Alliance of Free Stars]] was ratified, Star Control was placed directly under the command of the [[Supreme Council of The Alliance of Free Stars]], for as long as the threat of the [[Ur-Quan Hierarchy]] would persist. As the Alliance was defeated, the treaty which brought it together was void, and  consequently Star Control would be under the control of the United Nations again.
