The Supreme Council of The Alliance of Free Stars was the ruling body of the Alliance. Ivana Or-Kachov and Juan O'Reilly were Earth's representatives in the Council. The Supreme Council was responsible with deciding the appropriate steps to be taken in the case of an Alliance victory in the Ur-Quan Slave War.1
