:I believe there is a certain amount of confusion here. The original sentence was comparing the Hellbore Cannon and the Dreadnought Fusion Gun (the Dreadnought's primary weapon). Not the the Hellbore cannon and the Fusion Blaster (there is no Fusion Bolt weapon), the middle level weapon you can add to the SIS.  The Fusion Blaster and the Dreadnought Fusion Gun are not the same thing. The Hellbore cannon and the Dreadnought Fusion Gun both deal 6 points of damage according to my observations. The SIS's Fusion Blaster deals 4. So if we're comparing the Fusion Gun and Hellbore Cannon, they do the same amount of damage. If we're comparing the Fusion Blaster and the Hellbore Cannon, then yes, you are correct. --Fyzixfighter 21:50, 25 March 2007 (CEST)

::No, what I named "Fusion Bolt" means "Fusion Gun". The SC1 DataBank, in fact, refers to the projectile as "Fusion Blast", so we might name the Ur-Quan Fusion Gun a Fusion Blaster too, but it's better to avoid confusion.

Anyway, back to what I was saying - Ah yes, I've just noticed that the Fusion gun and the Hellbore Cannon deal just as much damage. My mistake. Sorry.

Still, you can't say that it "does just as much damage". It deals more damage, but does not WITHSTAND as much damage since it is more dispersed/less concentrated than the Fusion Bolt. Valaggar 18:34, 25 March 2007 (CEST)

I believe there is a certain amount of confusion here.
