Terminators are armed with twin short-range rapid-fire ion cannons. In addition, Terminators are equipped with an energy shield that will block almost all attacks. An Orz Nemesis's space marines, a VUX Intruder's limpets, and a Shofixti Scout's Glory Device detonation are some of the few (but not all) attacks that can penetrate the Terminators shield. Energy generation, though fast, is not sufficient for constant firing and shielding. Proper timing, sensible weapon useage and conservation of energy for shields are of paramount importance.
