Hi. I'm Shiver. I hang around the Star Control community too much. I also blow up spam on this wiki. My style of wiki editing is incremental to a point of absurdity.

Why I'm Here

I like to get involved in the communities of various games I play simply because most of the people I interact with in daily life have no interest in gaming, and I need an outlet to share hints, tips, and fun experiences. Star Control II is my single favorite game, so naturally I visit this place on a frequent basis.

Ship Pages

As of Feb 2009, I've made a goal of heavily revising each of the ship pages. The way they are written at this moment in time causes my eyes to rupture and blood to spray out of my ears. I will do what I can to fix them.

Net Melee

Self-proclaimed melee expert right here. I have played a tremendous amount of Super Melee against other players starting from the the release of UQM v0.6.0 and onward. I've also hosted many net melee tournaments between 2007 and 2009. The player turn-out was usually small, but I have some good memories of these events in spite of that.
