Zeeman's Star is a white super-giant star at coordinates 335.2 : 194.0, just beyond the Coreward Front outside of Androsynth space. Captain I. Burton used the star to trick an Androsynth squadron into thinking that her ship, the Tobermoon, exploded in the star's upper regions. Since the star has no Earth-like planets in orbit, Burton and her crew had to travel for about a week through space to the nearby star of Vela before settling Unzervalt.
The star system consists of six planets, including a Quasi-degenerate world, and several moons. It is the seventh most mineral-rich world in this region of the galaxy.
