Zeta Hyades VI-B is a small moon around a Gas Giant in the Zeta Hyades system, located at the edge of Utwig space. The Utwig Bomb is kept here for safeguarding until the Utwig Proctors decide whether it should be used as the means for a collective suicide of their race, as atonement for the loss of the Ultron.
After the Ultron is repaired by The Captain, the Bomb is ceded to him; a small squadron of five Druuge Maulers attempt to seize the weapon, but are defeated by The Flagship and its escorts, thus allowing the forces of the New Alliance of Free Stars to take possession of the Bomb, which they eventually use to destroy the Ur-Quan's greatest weapon, a Precursor battleship named the Sa-Matra, after the Bomb is improved with Chmmr technology. Some days prior to The Captain's obtaining of the Bomb, the Druuge had tried to collect it through deceit by visiting the moon and claiming that they had the repaired Ultron.
The Utwig claim that the moon Zeta Hyades VI-B would be transformed into an expanding mass of tiny dirt clods if the Bomb would be activated on its surface.
