Delta Vulpeculae II-C is the outermost moon of a Gas Giant in the Delta Vulpeculae star system. This Treasure World was also the homeworld of the Taalo. It is the only known instance of a race claiming a moon rather than a planet as their homeworld. When the Dnyarri took over the Sentient Milieu, the Taalo were the only race able to resist the Dnyarri's power. As a result, the Dnyarri compelled the other Milieu races to attack this moon, thus eradicating the Taalo twenty thousand years ago. The Taalo Shield is the only physical reminder that the Taalo once inhabited this moon.

The Orz refer to the moon (or perhaps something on its surface) as a "*playground*". The *playground* is apparently related to *Time jokes* and the Taalo's transition into *Pretty Space*. The Orz guard this moon with a battle group of fourteen Nemesis ships and will only allow The Captain to land on the surface if he allies with them and asks them politely for permission.
