Talk:The Creators

Do we need this page, as elaborate as it is? I'd think a comment "```The Creators`` is how the Mycon refer to the Precursors." would convey everything there is to say about the topic. — SvdB 04:50, 24 January 2006 (CET)

I think that when I wrote this up I was trying to make it so that each item on the List of characters had an article, or at least the ones that I thought were significant/interesting. You're right that most of the information found here is either in the Mycon and Juffo-Wup articles so I am guilty of a bit of article sprawl. The only unique information I believe is the mention and examples of the Mycon possibly quoting the Creators. While I like the idea of this page (totally biased of course), I could agree on merging it with the Mycon on article and grouping information on the Creators under it's own subheading. Though, I too would like to hear others' opinions on this. As an aside: This is kind of related to an overall issue that's been on my mind lately, but I'll discuss that over on the community portal. --Fyzixfighter 05:22, 24 January 2006 (CET)

After some thought I've tightened up the article, trying to remove some of the extraneous sentences. In my view, a simple comment like creators=precursors would leave out some pertinent information, namely the umgah discovery and the possible quotes from the mycon. I'll try trimming the Mycon article a bit so we're not doubling too much information. --Fyzixfighter 06:30, 27 January 2006 (CET)

I think that this topic deserves its own page. The information presented here would not fit very well into the Precursors article, although it could possibly be merged with the Mycon article. I think that the article is fine as it is now, though. -Fadookie 06:53, 27 January 2006 (CET)
