Actually, the order is not necessarilly fixed. The Kohr-Ah always start with the Druuge, but every next race is the one that happens to be closest to the current location. It could theoretically be possible, with good timing of the various game events, such as the Ilwrath fight against the Thraddash, or the Thraddash fight against the Kohr-Ah, to have a different order.
