Hyperdrive

A hyperdrive is the device used to generate a hyperdrive warp field in order to keep a ship or a battle group in HyperSpace. A warp field is visible from the outside as a black spot with bluish dots on it. When two hyperdrive warp fields interfere, both battle groups are pulled back to TrueSpace.
