Just for future reference, would it be possible for editors who add this tag to an article to include on that article's talk page why and where the article is dubious. I think we all agree that this tag is useful, but we hate having to use it. Clarifying the dubious parts will help other editors improve the article and will reduce edit/revert wars of adding/removing this tag.
